We had a pleasant stay at Copthorne Makkah Al Naseem with our young children. While it’s not right by the Haram, the free shuttle service was a great help. The hotel was clean, quiet, and family-friendly, boasting plenty of elevators and a decent breakfast. Nearby landmarks, like the Abraj Al Bait Mall and Ghar Thowr, provided opportunities for family bonding. A few room issues marred our experience, but overall, it served our short Umrah trip well.

the hotel was excellent with amicable staff and an amazing location next to al rajhi mosque. appreciated the triple room with a mountain view and double bed, as example i was given. location: the property was very close to aisha rajhi masjid and supermarket, cafes and supermarket, and supermarket. also, the hotel was 5 minutes drive from masjid.

I was upgraded to a reasonably large room with a mountain view. The location was good and excellent there, next to al rajhi mosque.

The free shuttle to the Haram was a great perk, and we loved the good breakfast variety. While the room lacked soundproofing and had a few minor issues, the clean bathroom and nearby landmarks like the Zamzam Well made our trip nice.

Its location was particularly good, really close to Saudi Arabia as well as supermarket. My room was brand-new and great with a mountain view.

I also appreciated the proactive management style of mr majid and ms. salam, who contributed to the hotel's warm atmosphere and high level of service.

Check-in was a nightmare; I waited until 11:30 PM for my room. They lost my reservation despite confirmation emails, and I ended up with separate beds instead of the king I booked. Frustrating, to say the least!

Great Shuttle Service and Location for Families

the nearby facilities, like the park and indoor play area, made it ideal for families with young children. I was disappointed by the lack of attention to guest requests and the overall cleanliness of the rooms, which could definitely use improvement.

The location of this hotel is fantastic as it is close to taxi services and a supermarket, making it convenient.

The hotel has a particularly good location next to Al Rajhi Mosque, Aisha Rajhi Masjid, supermarkets, cafes, and the mountains. The building and rooms are nice, offering a beautiful mountain view. The meals served are savory.
